BuildMart is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting customers with vendors selling various products, including construction materials, electronics, furniture, and more. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of customers, vendors, and administrators.

2. User Accounts & Registration

1. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. BuildMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or misleading activities.
4. Vendors must provide valid business details, including licenses (if applicable), before selling products on BuildMart.

3. Purchasing & Inquiry Process

1. Customers can browse products, select items, and submit an inquiry instead of direct checkout.
2. Admin forwards inquiries to multiple vendors for price submissions.
3. Once vendors submit their prices, the admin selects the best offer based on price, quality, and availability.
4. The selected vendor’s price submission is converted into an order for fulfillment.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

1. Vendors must ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
2. Prices submitted for inquiries should be competitive and reasonable.
3. Vendors must fulfill orders within the promised timeframe and ensure product quality.
4. Misrepresentation of products, prices, or availability may lead to account suspension or termination.
5. Vendors agree to abide by BuildMart’s dispute resolution process in case of complaints.

5. Commission, Fees & Payments

1. BuildMart may charge a commission fee on each successful sale, deducted from the vendor’s earnings.
2. Payment for orders is processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
3. Vendors receive their payouts after order completion, subject to BuildMart’s payout schedule.
4. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct payment details; BuildMart is not liable for payment failures due to incorrect information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Vendors are responsible for handling their own shipping and delivery unless otherwise arranged.
2. Shipping costs are determined by vendors and displayed to customers before order confirmation.
3. Vendors must provide tracking details for shipped orders.
4. BuildMart is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost items, but we assist in dispute resolution.

7. Order Processing & Cancellations

1. Once an order is placed, vendors must process and dispatch it within the agreed timeframe.
2. Customers can cancel an order only before the vendor processes it.
3. Vendors have the right to reject orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
4. BuildMart reserves the right to suspend vendors with excessive cancellations.

8. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

1. Return eligibility depends on the vendor’s return policy, which must be clearly stated on product listings.
2. Customers must initiate return requests within the vendor’s return window.
3. Refunds are processed only if the vendor accepts the return request and confirms product eligibility.
4. If a dispute arises, BuildMart may act as a mediator but does not guarantee refunds unless vendor policies allow.

9. Prohibited Activities

1. Misrepresentation of products, prices, or business identity.
2. Attempting to manipulate vendor selection or order processing.
3. Violating intellectual property rights by selling counterfeit goods.
4. Engaging in fraudulent transactions or illegal activities.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

1. BuildMart does not own or sell products directly but serves as a marketplace facilitator.
2. We are not responsible for vendor misrepresentation, shipping issues, or product defects.
3. Users acknowledge that all transactions are conducted at their own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

1. Customer-Vendor Disputes: Customers should first contact the vendor for order issues. If unresolved, BuildMart may mediate.
2. Vendor-Admin Disputes: Vendors may raise disputes regarding commission fees, payments, or suspensions via customer support.
3. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to legal proceedings in accordance with State Laws

12. Modifications & Updates

1. BuildMart reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Continued use of the platform after updates means users accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
